1. Introduction & Acceptance

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PSE, bank transfers, and other secure third-party processors.
  • Simsashop.com reserves the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected retroactively.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
  • While we strive to deliver within estimated timeframes, Simsashop.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or force majeure.
  • Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Customers are entitled to the legal Right of Withdrawal under Colombian law (Law 1480 of 2011).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Simsashop.com (logos, images, text, designs, product descriptions) is the intellectual property of Simsashop.com and its partners.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • These Terms are governed by Colombian law, particularly the Estatuto del Consumidor – Ley 1480 de 2011.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bogotá, Colombia.

  • Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
