1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Colombian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We work with reliable logistics partners such as Servientrega, Coordinadora, Deprisa, Envía, and Interrapidísimo to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days within major cities.
    • Regional Shipping: 5–8 business days for municipalities and remote areas.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions (e.g., purchases above COP $500,000). These will be clearly displayed on our website.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges due to remote-area surcharges.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are 3–8 business days, depending on location.
  • Simsashop.com will make every effort to deliver within the indicated time; however, unforeseen delays (traffic restrictions, climate, strikes, or force majeure) may occur.
  • Under Colombian consumer law, if we fail to deliver within the maximum legal timeframe of 30 calendar days, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • Customers may also check status directly with the carrier using the provided guide number.

6. Damaged or Missing Items During Transit

  • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.
  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos/videos.
  • We will coordinate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund, in accordance with Ley 1480 de 2011 (Estatuto del Consumidor).

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal to receive, or absence of recipient, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • We will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping (From Colombia)

  • At this time, Simsashop.com Colombia primarily ships within Colombia.
  • International delivery is possible only upon special request, and customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Eco-Friendly Packaging 🌿

  • We encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging responsibly.
